Rien de surprennant ces gens se reunissent sans l'envoye special de l'ONU. A savoir que le cndp/kifuafua de Ntaganda-Kamanzi court deriere la montre... Paix trop fragile pour la RDC avec l'integration forcee des elements de l'ANC/CNDP.

Au premier anonyme, merci de la confiance, je doute que je la mérite car ce que je fais est infime comparé aux enjeux... On parlera de Goma tout à l'heure, quand j'en aurais fini avec le travail urgent que j'ai. Pour l'instant, je ne suis pas surprise de la vitesse, toujours courcuitante, avec laquelle Kinshasa amorce tout sous la houlette des officiers rwandais et l'anxiété féroce qui doit faire monter l'adrénaline du général Ntaganda. Le temps presse, les aquis de la démarche en cours plutôt trop maigres, beaucoup plus que prévu, si prévision il y a eu. They want to beef up something... Ce qu'on appelle "pourparlers de goma" ne remplacent en rien les pourparlers de Nairobi. Les deux instances sont aux antipodes. On en parlera avant la fin de cette journée, sorry for being so busy.
