I was off, for the last two days, on very important academic business which ended happily. Will ctach up on some updating matters:
The ICC does not want to leave the man in peace. They the UN wants to withhold evidence, thus obstructing justice, but Moreno is so keen to keeping Lubanga in jail, that I am starting to suspect that there is clear complicity between him and Kinshasa. Was it because Lubanga's insurgency claim were so outstanding that Kinshasa could not help but get him into jail hoping it will be over? But we know it's not over, which shows that by having the leader of a cause in jail does not suppress the cause itself. Mr Moreno does not seem to understand that he is fighting history!
