Les premières lueurs de curiosité intellectuelles que je peux tracer dans la mémoire d'une toute jeune écolière dans le Nord-Kivu incluent un nombre de questions qui sont restées jusqu'à ce jour sans réponse. Certaines, comme toutes celles relatives à la colonisation se sont même compliquées davantage. Je crois que la dite communauté internationale recolonise plus efficacement que Leopold II. Par exemple, il faut penser que l'instabilité qu'ils veulent maintenir au Kivu avec l'aide de Kabila. raison pour laquelle je crois que le processus de paix ne viendra ni de cette communauté, ni de Kabila. Il faudra que des assoiffés de la vraie liberté arrachent cette paix des griffes rapaces de nouveaux colonisateurs. Pour cela, il faudra rivaliser de ruse avec eux. Les dévancer à leur propre jeu. Est-ce cela que Ntaganda a compris un peu tard?
En effet tous les media parlent de la prise de Mushaki et de la fuite de Ntaganda. Il y a peut être eu fuite, mais pas de prise, tout simplement parce que Ntaganda a décidé de se "déblayer" lui-même. Les FARDC ont donc ont occupé un terrain abandonné et c'est pourquoi ils parlent moins de victoire. C'est Kabundi qui est en charge de Mushaki. Innocent s'occupe des opérations au sein de la 8me région militaire à Goma. Il n' y a pas eu combat. Maintenant nous avons 5 jours de suspension d'hostilités, quelles hostilités si Ntaganda est en fuite? Il n'y a pas d'hostilité, cher Kabila! Les FARDC se donnent 5 jours de reflexion, ou est-ce Kinshasa?
Par contre il y a une nouveauté: une relance de la dynamique des accords de Mars 2009 annoncée très officiellement par le Haut Commandement Militaire de l'Armée Nationale Congolaise (ANC)/CNDP. Je spécule pas, j'en ai le texte en anglais et je m'en vais vous en donner la teneur:
"PRESS RELEASE n°011/ANC/CNDP/2012
Members of the Military High Command of the Congolese National Army (ANC) met in an extraordinary session this Sunday, May 6, 2012 in Rutshuru, Province of North Kivu. One single item was on the special meeting’s agenda: the evaluation of the peace process negotiated with the Government of the Republic in January 2009 at the Ihusi hotel in Goma leading to the January 16 Official Press Release and the Political Agreement March 23 of the same year.
In May 6, 2012 meeting in Rutshuru, the ANC Military High Command has assigned to the current leadership of the organization full responsibility for the failure in implementing the negotiated agreements with the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Consequently, from the date of this special meeting, the High Military Command of the ANC has decided the following:
1. The creation within the organization of a new entity called the March 23 Movement (M23 acronym) with the aim of reviving the dynamics of the provisions contained in the January 16 2009 Official Press Release as well as the March 23rd 2009 Political Agreement;
2. The appointment of Colonel Sultani MAKENGA as the Coordinator of the Movement of March 23rd;
3. The ANC Military High Command instructs all Senior officers, Deputy- officers, Junior Officers and corporals to work under the command of and report to Colonel Sultani MAKENGA.
